Can i use a micro atx motherboard in a micro btx computer case?

im having a hard time looking for a micro btx motherboard.Everything is micro atx.My current burned out motherboard is micro btx.Cant find another one ANYWHERE on newegg,TD nowhere.so can i use a micro atx motherboard on a micro btx case?i have a gateway gt5244eCan i use a micro atx motherboard in a micro btx computer case?

the mounting holes in the motherboard wont watch the screws in the case you can try ti modify the case by drilling new holes to match the motherboard
